Packers Running Back Gets SecondOpinion/Now on IR

It looks like GreenBay Packers DuJuan Harris will be missing the team’s Sept. 8 regular-season opener at San Francisco. The running back has been suffering from knee injuries that kept him on the sidelines during offseason workouts.

After carrying three times for 2 yards against the Seahawks last week, Harris hobbled off the field. A second opinion has revealed the patellar tendon is the source of pain.
And Harris himself says he will likely need surgery to repair the damage.

Harris started the final four games, including playoffs, for the Packers last season. Hopefully with the proper diagnosis and treatment, he will be able to suit up again real soon.

You don’t have to be a professional  athlete to get a second opinion. Before you accept your diagnosis or agree to undergo surgery, getting a Second Opinion is a necessity.
